As Spain celebrates Día de la Hispanidad (National Spanish Day), art-lovers are flocking to the 22nd edition of the ESTAMPA Madrid Contemporary Art Fair.
ESTAMPA is centred on limited edition art and ‘multiples’(an artist’s multiple is a series of identical art objects produced or commissioned by the artist)- whether prints, photos, cast sculpture or artist’s books, but also including video, digital and sound art.
Held in Madrid since 1993, it is an annual reference point for galleries and institutions worldwide who are involved in the collection, distribution and promotion of contemporary art editions whether from established artists or emergent ones.

The fair also includes workshops, concerts, lectures and discussion panels to stimulate the market and encourage new collectors and has come to be seen as a reliable preview of what will appear in the following Spring’s ARCO Madrid art fair.
